About the Position

We are seeking personable, service-driven individuals to join our virtual team as Vacation Relations Specialists. In this role, you will be a resource for clients as they explore vacation ideas, evaluate available experiences, and prepare for their upcoming trips.

The position combines customer communication, online research, reservation assistance, and follow-up. Client requests may range from relaxing resort stays and cruises to family vacations, romantic escapes, group trips, celebrations, tours, and international experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

Establish positive relationships with new and returning clients
Ask questions to understand each client's vacation style, interests, dates, and budget
Research destinations and experiences that fit individual preferences
Locate suitable resorts, hotels, cruises, packages, transportation, tours, and activities
Share relevant choices and help clients understand available features and inclusions
Respond to questions and provide general vacation-planning information
Assist clients with moving forward on their preferred selections
Work with approved supplier resources to coordinate requested arrangements
Review traveler information and reservation details for completeness
Keep confirmations and other important trip information organized
Remind clients about upcoming payments, documentation needs, and important dates
Maintain regular communication as the vacation approaches
Provide pre-trip updates and assist with routine reservation requests
Record client interactions and maintain accurate account information
Stay informed about supplier products, destination updates, and available promotions

Reliable internet connection and compatible device
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Spain or another qualifying countries
