VP of Revenue

A Company in Growth Mode
Clinically AI is a rapidly scaling healthcare AI company transforming how behavioral health and healthcare organizations manage clinical documentation, compliance workflows, chart auditing, and operational efficiency through artificial intelligence. We're profitable, expanding rapidly, and engineering our way through some of the hardest problems in healthcare and AI governance.
This role sits at the center of that growth. We are seeking a VP of Revenue to lead and scale our go-to-market engine as we move from an early-stage sales motion into a repeatable, enterprise-ready revenue organization — expanding from 4+ territories into an Enterprise GTM organization . This is a foundational sales leadership role for someone who has built and scaled a B2B SaaS or health-tech sales org from the ground up.
You will own the full revenue funnel — from pipeline generation through closed-won — and lead our Territory Director, SDR, and Customer Success functions as we expand into new segments and territories. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the executive team to shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for our enterprise healthcare and behavioral health customers.
What You'll Own
-
Own the revenue number — build and execute the go-to-market strategy that takes Clinically AI from an early-stage sales motion to a scalable, repeatable enterprise sales engine.
-
Lead our territory expansion — coach and scale the Territory Director team as we grow from 4+ territories into Enterprise GTM organization, including hiring and onboarding new Territory Directors.
-
Build and lead the SDR/BDR function, including pipeline generation targets, outbound strategy, and the handoff process between SDRs and Territory Directors.
-
Own pipeline management and forecasting — implement the CRM discipline, deal stages, and reporting the executive team needs to trust the number every quarter.
-
Partner with Marketing on lead generation, campaign strategy, and messaging for our enterprise healthcare and behavioral health buyers.
-
Design and own the sales process end-to-end — qualification, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close — tailored to enterprise healthcare buying cycles.
-
Set and own pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with the executive team, informed by what's actually working (and not working) in the field.
-
Partner with Customer Success and Implementation to ensure a smooth handoff from closed-won to onboarding, and to identify expansion and renewal opportunities within the existing book of business.
-
Represent Clinically AI at industry events, conferences, and with strategic enterprise prospects as a senior face of the company.
-
Build the sales operations foundation — comp plans, territory design, quota setting — needed to scale the team responsibly.
-
Report directly to the CEO and partner with the executive team on company-wide revenue strategy and board-level reporting.
What We're Looking For
-
Enterprise Sales Leadership. You've led a B2B SaaS or healthtech sales team through a stage of real growth, ideally building a function from a handful of reps into a structured, multi-territory organization.
-
Healthcare or Behavioral Health Domain Fluency. You understand how healthcare and behavioral health organizations buy — sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, compliance sensitivity — and you know how to sell into that reality rather than around it.
-
Full-Funnel Ownership. You're comfortable owning everything from outbound pipeline generation through closed-won.
-
Sales Systems & Process. You bring real sales operations discipline — CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, territory and comp design.
-
Team Building. You've hired, coached, and managed a distributed sales team, and you know how to build a culture of accountability.
-
Executive Partnership. You're comfortable operating as a peer to the CEO and executive team, translating field reality into strategy and vice versa.
-
Startup Execution. You thrive in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment and are willing to be hands-on with individual deals while also building the function for scale.
Required Qualifications
-
8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3+ years in a sales leadership role (VP, Head of Sales, Lead or Sales Manager or similar) owning a full revenue function.
-
Direct experience selling into healthcare, behavioral health, or another regulated, complex-buyer industry.
-
Track record of building and scaling a sales team — hiring, ramping, and managing multiple reps or territory leads.
-
Experience owning pipeline generation in partnership with, or direct ownership of, an SDR/BDR function.
-
Strong command of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales forecasting methodology.
-
Experience designing sales comp plans, territories, and quotas.
-
Excellent executive communication skills — comfortable presenting revenue strategy and forecasts to a CEO, board, or investors.
-
AI Native operator with demonstrated successes and learnings
-
High ownership mindset and comfort operating with significant autonomy in an early-stage environment.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience selling AI-enabled or clinical software into healthcare or behavioral health organizations specifically.
-
Experience at a high-growth startup where revenue scaled quickly (Series A–C stage).
-
Prior experience building out a multi-territory field sales team from an initial handful of reps.
-
Experience partnering closely with Customer Success or Implementation on expansion and retention motions.
