Job Title: Systems Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with strong experience in GCP and enterprise application support to manage AI search platform operations, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure platform reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise AI search platform operations.
• Monitor data connectors and resolve connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot application, API, authentication, and GCP-related issues.
• Handle user onboarding, access management, permissions, and credential rotation.
• Support AI agent onboarding and governance.
• Perform incident management, RCA, and issue resolution following ITIL practices.
• Validate APIs using Postman, curl, and OAuth.
• Monitor logs in Microsoft Sentinel.
• Prepare operational dashboards and Monthly Business Review (MBR) reports.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of Systems/Application Support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with ITIL, incident management, and service delivery.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Postman, curl, OAuth, and API troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
