We are seeking a data-driven HR analytics professional to support global compensation programs, workforce insights, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. This role combines analytical expertise with strategic HR support, helping leaders make informed decisions around compensation, workforce planning, and organizational design. You will analyze market data, develop reporting solutions, and contribute to initiatives that improve employee structures and career frameworks. Working closely with HR and Finance teams, you will transform workforce data into actionable recommendations that support business objectives. Accountabilities: The Workforce and Compensation Data Analyst will support compensation strategy, workforce analytics, and organizational design efforts by delivering accurate analysis, reporting, and insights to support business and leadership decisions. Conduct compensation benchmarking, market pricing analysis, and salary data reviews to support competitive compensation practices. Support annual compensation review cycles, including data preparation, analysis, and recommendations. Assist with the development, maintenance, and evaluation of salary structures and compensation frameworks. Analyze workforce trends, organizational effectiveness metrics, and employee data to identify insights and opportunities. Support job architecture, job leveling, and career framework initiatives. Conduct workforce analytics and organizational modeling to support strategic planning. Develop executive dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics presentations. Support equity and long-term incentive program administration and reporting. Manage compensation survey participation and analyze external market data. Prepare compensation recommendations, business cases, and leadership presentations. Support organizational redesign, restructuring initiatives, and workforce planning activities. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance teams to ensure alignment between workforce strategies and business needs. Maintain data accuracy, reporting standards, and compensation governance compliance. Requirements: The ideal candidate has experience in compensation analytics, workforce reporting, and organizational design, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Analytics, Business, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in compensation, workforce analytics, HR analytics, or organizational design. Strong knowledge of compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and market pricing methodologies. Advanced Excel skills with experience handling complex datasets and building analytical models. Experience working with compensation survey providers and external market data sources. Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, job leveling frameworks, and career architecture. Experience creating HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to communicate data insights clearly to HR stakeholders, Finance teams, and leadership. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
